Booking Arrangements To help your wedding plans run smoothly, we have listed the booking arrangements. 1 Provisional You can pencil in your preferred date, which we shall hold for 14 days. You are under no obligation and this gives you the opportunity to co-ordinate the arrangements you need to make. 2 Confirmation To confirm your booking we ask you to send a non-refundable deposit of £750. 3 Cancellations In the event of cancellation the following will apply. Cancellation of more than 6 months prior to the date will be loss of deposit only. Cancellation within 3-6 months prior to the date will incur a charge of 50% of budget costs based on advised numbers at the time of booking. Cancellation within 1-3 months less 1 day, prior to the date will incur a charge of 75% of budget costs based on advised numbers at time of booking. Cancellation within 1 month prior to the date will incur a charge of 100% of budget costs based on advised number at time of booking. 4 Payment Once we have discussed your final arrangements, 5 weeks in advance, we shall send you a budget invoice for 90% of the costs, which should be settled 4 weeks in advance. 5 Final numbers Please advise us of final numbers 48 hours in advance. This will be the minimum number you will be charged for. 6 Payment method Payment can be made by either, a cheque, switch, solo or cash. No credit or charge cards will be accepted for Wedding Accounts. 7 Final Payment Cheque payment is due 4 working days prior to your reception or on departure if by switch, solo or cash. |
